What the Program Offers

• Full financial support for tuition, fees, and required resources
• Flexibility to attend school full-time while working
• Additional paid hours to support clinical rotations

Who Can Apply

Employees who have worked at United Regional for at least six months are eligible to apply.

Your Commitment

After graduation, participants commit to working as a full-time bedside RN—bringing their new skills directly to the patients who need them most.
