Accessing CarePlus
CarePlus is available — either by walk-in or scheduled appointment — at the Barnett Road Medical Building, 4327 Barnett Road, Wichita Falls, TX 76310, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (7 days a week). Schedule through MyChart or call 940-764-5503 to reduce your wait time. Virtual visits are also available through MyChart for added convenience.
MyChart Virtual Visits
MyChart Virtual Visits are conducted entirely online — either as a Video Visit or E-Visit—through the MyChart app or website.
Video Visits:

On My Way, a feature of MyChart, is available at CarePlus. Let us know you're on your way, share your estimated arrival time, and we’ll hold your place in line. Availability may vary during peak hours.
Drive-Up Testing
If testing is needed, Drive-Up Testing helps minimize exposure while allowing United Regional providers to collect samples for conditions like strep, flu and COVID-19.
Designated parking spots are located at the Barnett Road Medical Building.
Prescriptions
If medication is needed, prescriptions can be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice—helping you feel better, faster.
Cost
The cost of a MyChart virtual visit depends on the service and provider. Co-pays are collected before your visit. Any remaining balance will be billed to your account.
