Dr. Kenneth Stupka is a board-certified family medicine physician with United Regional Physician Group.
Dr. Stupka completed his undergraduate studies in microbiology, followed by a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in biostatistics through the College of Health Sciences at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, where he also completed his residency training in family medicine. His education reflects a strong foundation in science, public health, and evidence-based care.
Drawn to medicine by a love of science and the humanities, Dr. Stupka was motivated early on by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Family influences and a background in education further shaped his path and reinforced his commitment to compassionate care and lifelong learning. During his medical training, he discovered that family medicine offered a uniquely fulfilling opportunity to care for the whole person across every stage of life. In practice, Dr. Stupka values the depth and variety that define family medicine, from preventive care and chronic disease management to life-changing diagnoses and end-of-life discussions. He is especially passionate about caring for multiple generations within the same family and building lifelong relationships rooted in trust. Known for listening first, he emphasizes open communication, shared decision-making, and understanding each patient’s full story so that care plans align with what matters most to them.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Stupka enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, including wade fishing along the Gulf Coast, hiking at Garner State Park, and birdwatching on Galveston Island. At home, he enjoys gardening with his children, caring for a lively assortment of animals, and pursuing creative interests such as drawing, photography, fly-tying, and woodworking. Having already put down roots in Wichita Falls, Dr. Stupka looks forward to continuing to build lasting relationships and serving the community he proudly calls home.
