Visitor Policy
Our visitor policy applies to the Hospital, Emergency Department, United Regional Physician Group clinics and CarePlus clinic.
What You Need to Know Before Visiting
- Visitation is limited to five visitors (including minors) per patient. Minors must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
 - For Hospital patients in isolation, visitation is limited to two adult (18 years or older) visitors per patient. These visitors will be required to wear personal protective equipment in the patient’s room.
 - Designated entry points to the Hospital are at United Regional’s Bridwell Tower and Emergency Department.
 
Visiting Hours
- Hospital visitation hours:7 a.m. to 9 p.m., 7 days per week 
- MICU/SICU visitation: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and 8:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
 - Overnight guests: One support person is allowed to stay overnight in PCU, Med/Surg, and Mother/Baby
 
 - URPG clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
 - CarePlus clinic hours: 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days per week
