New Patient appointments
Are you looking to schedule a new patient appointment for internal medicine, CarePlus, Obstetrics and Gynecology, or family practice? Click the “Make New Patient Appointment” button at the top of the page at urphysiciangroup.org to schedule your appointment today. Refine your search options based on days of the week or times that work best for you. Visit MyChart to get started and to automatically enroll in Fast Pass – which notifies you when appointments become available before your scheduled time.
Orthopedics Express
At Orthopedics Express, our primary focus is delivering exceptional care to patients with orthopedic injuries, such as sprains, strains, broken bones, and joint pain. Here, we offer the flexibility to schedule appointments in advance through MyChart. We also have walk-in capability for acute orthopedic injury based on severity.
Our comprehensive services are designed to accommodate patients two years and older. So, whether it’s your child’s sport injury, or your own orthopedic concern, you can trust us to deliver timely assistance.
Existing appointments
You can schedule visits with your established provider for new problems or sick visits directly from the MyChart app. Start by choosing your provider and selecting the reason for your visit that best suits your needs.
Lab
If your provider has ordered lab testing to assist in evaluation and treatment you will receive a notification in your MyChart account. To self-schedule an appointment, select “Schedule an Appointment” and then select “Find a New Provider” and select “Lab” to be directed to our scheduling page. to find a date and time.
Mammogram
Schedule your annual mammogram screening without a provider order. You can stay up-to-date with your breast cancer screening, as well as receive important reminders by scheduling your mammogram in advance through MyChart.
MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Bone Density, and Diagnostic Radiology
If your provider has ordered an imaging study to assist in evaluation and treatment, you will receive a scheduling ticket within your MyChart app. Click on the ticket to be directed to our scheduling page, where you can find a suitable date and time for your imaging appointment. You may be asked to complete a questionnaire during the scheduling process to assist our technicians in providing the safest care possible.
Specialty Providers
Has your primary care physician referred you to see a specialist? Once a referral is received, our dedicated care team reviews your referral and verifies that all needed documentation and authorizations are in place. Once verified, you will receive a scheduling ticket that will allow you to self-schedule your appointment directly through your MyChart app. Click on the ticket to be directed to our scheduling page to find a date and time.
