Beginning June 8 and ending July 31, the Volunteen program at United Regional is an 8-week summer program with volunteer opportunities for high school Juniors and Seniors who want to explore a future in Health Care

Check back often to see when we will be accepting applications for 2026!

Requirements:

Must be classified as a Junior or Senior in high school at the beginning of the 2026/27 school year (August 2026)
Attend an orientation class scheduled for June 4, 2026
Have a TB test (given by the hospital free of charge)
Student must be able to commit to 7 of the 8 weeks of the program

I hereby request that my student be permitted to volunteer at United Regional. I understand their work will be supervised by staff and they will be expected to follow hospital rules and regulations. I acknowledge the requirement of a TB test for my student. I give my permission for my student's picture to be taken while at volunteering for use in promotion of the program. (If not leave blank) In case of emergency, I hereby authorize the hospital to arrange for treatment for my child in the emergency room. I understand that I will be notified immediately if my child is receiving any medical treatment.
